Pic Martin is the other side of the coin: bone dry Chenin Blanc from a single four acre plot with southwest exposure, and a new cuvee from the next generation of the family. Schist, sandstone and volcanic soils give it a hard mineral core, and whole bunch pressing keeps everything clean and precise.
