Le Vigne di Zamo Vigne 50 Anni Merlot, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy 2019 R. Lopez de Heredia Floral and lime leaf charactersAromas of rust, iron and dark fruit with spices. Turns to violets and dried flowers. Full bodied and rather tight in the palate, with tension and focus. Lean and beautiful. Drink after 2026, but already enticing. 97 Pts James Suckling
