The man himself, Ciro Picariello, started the winery in 1997 and farms at high elevations to bring much needed acid to the normally flabby Fiano grape. This wine is made from 100% Fiano that has been all hand harvested. The wine is fermented using ambient yeasts in stainless steel, as well as aged in stainless on its lees.
