In ways I've made records like this before but I've never produced em at this level of quality when it boils down to storytelling and sonic shaping. Last summer was heavy, awful. I lost the love of my life. It got so bad that I had to leave California. I went back to Texas to link w my day ones. Family, ya know? Ya boy had to slow things down and look in the mirror, and be a grown up. Cut the bitch
