A sleeveless style with a high folded neckline, cute pointed collar in back and adorable decorative lemon hued buttons up one side of the bodice. Straight cut to the high hip before flaring out to swishy pleats and ending above the knee. Very, very mod! The bright yellow fabric is illustrated with a darling garden floral and is lovely dressed up with heels or mary janes
