2019 | Morlet Mon Chevalier Cabernet Sauvignon | Knight Valley La Scolca with dried burnt sugar andThe 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Mon Chevalier is as pure and classy as they come, with lots of cassis and black raspberry styled fruit as well as new leather, dried herbs, and some obvious minerality. Coming from Knights Valley in Sonoma, its full bodied, stunningly textured, has building tannins, and loads of opulence and baby fat. Give it a few years. 97 Pts Jeb Dunnuck
