This is the distilleries first whisky matured in ex fortified wine barrels. Their trademark class spirit was matured in American Oak ex Bourbon barrels first for three years, followed by 2 months in apera (Australian Sherry) barrels from Barossa Valleys Seppeltsfield winery. After soaking up complex flavours inspired by the iconic wine region in Spain, the whisky was then carefully re casked back
