Tasting notes from the producer include a nose featuring strawberries and cream, apple crumble, and butter biscuits followed by a palate bringing flavors of tangerine skin, Muscovado sugar, and ginger snap biscuits. The finish leaves raisins and cocoa with a slightly drying citrus note.
