The wheel assembly is missing the axle and sports a few very minor scratches on the metal. However it does include the pre installed 6001RZ bearings, 12 1 2" x 2 1 4" wide tread tire, and inner tube. If you can reuse your old front axle, then this is a great bargain for a brand new
