Trediberri, Dogliani Dolcetto, 2025 SO021325 Champagne Bordeaux then aged in century-old foudres—trueDolcetto usually gets cast as the cheerful warm up act, but in Dogliani it has its own DOCG and its own ambitions and Trediberri farms old vines there, with plantings going back to 1964. The parcels sit at 450 to 520 meters in the communes of Cigli, Bastia Mondov and Clavesana, south of the Barolo zone and high enough that acidity stays fresh while the fruit ripens fully. As with everything at the estate, this is a concrete wine: about ten days of
