This white vermouth starts with a base of Hondarrabi Zuri and Viura, infused with over 30 botanicals including gentian, wormwood, and citrus peel. Lightly sweet and floral, its bottled at 15% ABV and made for aperitif service. A traditional Spanish blanco vermouth, perfect over ice or in cocktails like the Bamboo or Martini.
