Rich and creamy, but also very fresh on the full bodied palate. Then comes a terrific creamy and salty finish that lingers very long. Drink or hold. 55 % Grenache blanc, 20 % Clairette, 10 % Roussanne, 10 % Bourboulenc and 5 % Picpoul, whole bunch pressed and cold settled, then cool fermented in stainless steel at about 15 C
