So, he took matters into his own hands and planted vines at his Three Wishes site in the Tamar Valley. This 2025 release is the debut vintage and a delicious payoff for all that patience and planning. The estate grown fruit from the Tamar was treated to a "proper" carbonic maceration 100% whole bunches sealed up for three weeks (ala classic
