Non chill filtered there is nothing added and nothing taken away. Born from glacier fed water from the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies and a blend of Canadian processed fancy and blackstrap molasses, our rum is distilled in a custom made Canadian copper pot still then placed in the barrels to develop a robust
