Grown organically on low clay, stony soils, the fruit is fermented in open oak casks and aged two years in large Stockinger barrels. More lifted and aromatic than Le Trame, it delivers wild red berries, floral notes, and fine grained tannins. A site driven, high toned expression of Tuscan Sangiovese.
