Vincent Siret Courtaud is one of the appellation's quietly dedicated growers farming traditional parcels and letting the terroir do the talking without intervention or elaboration. Quincy's gravel soils deliver a Sauvignon that is dryer and more austere than its neighbors, less showy, more stony. This
