After. the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is allowed to ferment naturally 90% in 200L Slavonian oak barrels. This wine in 2021 fermented for an entire year(!) and started malolactic fermentation at the beginning of 2022. The wine is aged for 12 months and then bottled with minimal sulfur additions.
