Miss Zilm Fiano zibibbo Bass Charrington sold Chateau LascombesFive years ago, Fiano was grafted onto a single vineyard of 30 year old Riesling vines in the sub region of Auburn. Thriving in terra rossa over limestone soils, these vines are vigorous with a healthy canopy, which helps them withstand the heat and dry summer conditions. Medium bodied with beautifully intense flavours. Textural with notes of lemongrass and zesty, bright natural acidity.
