They concentrate entirely on the 1er Cru sites in this village, which means they have short distances and spend a lot of time in their vineyards. The farm was converted to organic viticulture in 2016. Both have seen a lot of the world and decided late in life to take over the winery from Graldine's parents. Graldine worked
