The wine fermented retaining the whole cluster and once pressed is then transferred to neutral barrels for the winter

Juniper Botrytis Riesling 375ml mâcon-fuissé The estate has been ownedGolden straw in colour. The nose has a floral citrus blossom lift with fruit characters of lemon, lime, grapefruit, apple, pear & quince, complemented by suggestions of marmalade, caramel & cinnamon. The palate is silky smooth, succulent, featuring flavours of glazed pear & citrus with a light, delicate, refreshing, mouth watering finish. Sublime with lemon meringue pie.
