Yalumba Rare Aged Tawny 50 Year Old 500mL grappa Counoise and VaccarèseThe final remaining relic from Yalumba's showcase of fortified wines. The core of this wine, originating in the 1940s and 1950s, was made from old vine varieties including Shiraz, Grenache, Dolcetto, Mourvdre and Muscadelle. The grapes were fermented on skins for several days then fortified with fine pot still brandy spirit distilled through Yalumbas very own still.
