Jericho Pinot Grigio Size::12 Bottle Case it has a very richFermented with a non Saccharomyces yeast, this wine has all the varietal freshness of apples and pears that you would expect in a Pinot Grigio, plus a little extra funk. Fresh citrus like fruits and an appealing grassiness dominate the aroma, while yeast derived notes of dried herbs and hay linger in the background. Zesty acid freshens up the finish and invites you back for another glass.
