The lobe ear stretchers are only suitable for earlobes stretched to at least 1. 43mm. As a spiral, they are inserted through the earlobe. The white brass hook consists of a large, very thin arc that is pushed through the earlobe. This is followed by a wide stretching spiral with a dark, oxidized fern pattern, ending in a coiled spiral. We
