SASABA is a washed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia . We roast it very lightly as a filter coffee to emphasize its delicate fruity and floral aromas , which suits it exceptionally well. SASABA is a superbly fine , light coffee , captivating with its complex fruit and floral elements. Its structure is tea like, with a beautifully pronounced sweetness. The acidity is harmonious
