It has a ribbed texture, with long puff sleeves, and a button at the back of the neckline for closure. Note that the peplum belt was accidentally worn inside out in the photos it has snaps for closure, and buttons on the inside to attach it to the dress. There are shoulder pads which can be easily removed with a seam ripper if desired. Measurements and
