Beautiful large flowers, I believe this is a California Hand Print panel skirt but nothing is printed on the fabric. It is about a half circle skirt made from 4 panels. Waist: 24" Length: 30. 5" Sweep: 97 Brand: n a probably California Hand Print Condition: one small spot, nothing else noted.
