50’s Black Velour Fringe Hat hat Some signs of age1950's black velour cocktail hat. Asymmetrical styling, dropping lower on the right side, with the front and sides covered with long velour fringe. The fringe curls inward framing the face and is dotted with 3 clear glue on rhinestones. Wired edges for security, wrapped in a narrow band of grosgrain. No label.
