40's Black Breton Hat with Upturned Brim Hat by New York Creations 80s floral sweater looks like a dress but1940's vintage hat. Black felt breton style with the longer front brim. Hatband is a wide black grosgrain ribbon with makes a large back bow. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon. Label is New York Creations with a size tag of 21 1 2. Inner circumference is 20 inches. Excellent condition showing very little age or wear. Alley Cats Vintage is a Member of the Vintage Fashion Guild.
