The fabric is an ultra soft and plush black velvet with allover texturing (not as defined as pressed velvet). Squarish open jacket gathers into shoulder yokes with slight padding and topped with intricate epaulets formed from velvet cording in the shape of leaves. I lightened the sixth photo so you can see this feature. Large faux pearls (one slightly larger than the other) in silver settings act as
