80’s Black Wool Suit Dress by Illie Wacs white cotton dress colorful elastic waist banded buttonThis black wool coat dress is by Ilie Wacs for size 8. The dress itself is in excellent condition. The tag is yellowed. The dress is fully lined. There are snaps to keep the bra straps in place. Theres also a snap on the right side of the front of the dress to help keep the dress closed. The big gold and black buttons kind of swirl from the shoulder to the front and center. There are slight shoulder pads, pockets, and pleats at the waist. 39 inches
