80's Pussy Bow Secretary Blouse ceramic disc discs but I didn't have enoughThe perfect 1980s Pussy Bow Secretary Blouse. Black splatter paint effect on a silky textured tan beige fabric (no tags inside, but my best guess is that this is polyester). Hidden button up placket, shoulder pads, and a tie on either side of the neck that can be tied into a Pussy Bow or worn however you like. Buttoned cuffs. Excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. There is no size tag, but based on the below approximate flat lay
