Gathered shoulders, half length angel sleeves, fully lined, back center zipper, tie waist. The swiss dots are painted on not worked into the fabric. There's a modesty panel at the surplice bust. Nice full, swishy skirt. Bust measures 38", empire waist 33", length 57". In excellent shape.
